If possible, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem. For content errors you can also use the "Report a mistake" link on each word's screen in the app - it pre-fills the word and its ID in the email.

What you can report

a wrong gender, wrong plural, or wrong translation for a word;
technical errors or display problems;
problems with purchasing or restoring "Genau Pro";
suggestions for future features.

Restoring your purchase

If you already bought "Genau Pro" on another device signed in to the same Apple account, open the "Genau Pro" screen in the app (Profile → Genau Pro) and tap "Restore purchase".
